Dear
Its that time again time for the
Flute Society of St. Louis membership drive for patrons! Accordingly, please be advised of the
following:
- Patron Membership. An annual patron level membership with FSSL is at the mere
expense of $50. For this fee,
please note that for the duration of your membership a business card size
ad will be placed in each of our newsletters which periodically are sent
to our members.
- Flute Day November 6, 2004. Please be advised that FSSL will hold its annual Flute Day
at the Community Music School in the St. Louis Loop on November 6, 2004,
where we are honored to present guest artist Mimi Stillman. For a
fee of $25, your company can have a booth at our Flute Day. We are anticipating an attendance of
approximately 100 people this year from St. Louis and the surrounding
area, and believe that this could be an excellent opportunity for your
company to establish relationships with St. Louis area flutists.
- Flute Day Program Ads. The FSSL will be accepting ads for its Flute Day program
this year. Regardless whether your
company is able to attend our Flute Day or not, this may be an opportune
way to advertise your company with St. Louis area flutists.
For those of you who are not
familiar with FSSL, the Flute Society of St. Louis, established in 1979, is one
of the older flute societies in the United States. In addition to our Flute Day, this year we will sponsor junior
high, high school and adult flute choirs, a masterclass with Michel Debost on
October 15, 2004, as well as a myriad of other performances and educational
lectures throughout the year.
I have enclosed a form regarding
registration for the above three matters.
Please return the form to the address below by October 15, 2004 so that
we may have adequate time to prepare for Flute Day.
Please feel free to contact me at
the number below if you have any questions.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Respectfully yours,
FLUTE SOCIETY OF ST. LOUIS, INC.
